I also understand that the apartment(s) shown to me by C21 Future Homes Realty, Co and accepted by me as a result of the showings are not the property of C21 Future Homes Realty, Co. but rather owned by the person(s) described by C21 Future Homes Realty, Co. and therefore held harmless and in no way responsible for any apartment in need of repairs, extermination, electrical, ga, plastering, painting any such cosmetic, work etc. I understand that it is a matter between Landlord and Tenant.(Required)
